Young Cattlemen's Leadership Class

The Young Cattlemen's Leadership Class (YCLC) is an ACA program that began in 2011. The program is a year-long, with four working sessions and one session for graduation.

YCLC was created to educate future leaders by giving them hands-on experience with legislative sessions, commerce, commodities, media and PR, as well as various segments of the beef industry. Participants not only gain invaluable knowledge, resources and networking connections, but they also become more prepared to lead the cattlemen of Arkansas toward economic success.

Each year the ACA receives well-qualified applicants, from which they select approximately 20 as members of the class for that year. If you would like more information, please contact the ACA staff at 501-224-2114.

The deadline for the 2021 application is December 20, 2020.
