Young Cattlemen's Leadership Class
The Young Cattlemen's Leadership Class (YCLC) is an ACA program that began in 2011. The program is a year-long, with four working sessions and one session for graduation.
YCLC was created to educate future leaders by giving them hands-on experience with legislative sessions, commerce, commodities, media and PR, as well as various segments of the beef industry. Participants not only gain invaluable knowledge, resources and networking connections, but they also become more prepared to lead the cattlemen of Arkansas toward success.
