ACA Area Spring Conferences
Each year, the ACA spends the month of March traveling around the state to host a spring conference in each of the nine areas. These meetings give cattlemen statewide an opportunity to network with the association, other producers and various sponsors. These evenings are always filled with good food, fellowship and family fun.
In 2025 the spring conferences were a huge success as ACA served around 3,000 steaks to members and guests across Arkansas. These nine conferences would not have been possible without the dedicated sponsors and hard-working members.

Arkansas CattleWomen's Scholarship Pie Auction at Area Conferences

If you are interested in being a vendor at an area conference please email noralee@arbeef.org.
Please reserve your spot by February 10 to ensure space and advertising are secured. As a reminder, Partner- and Investor-level members have Area Conference attendance included in their membership—but you must let the office know which conferences you plan to attend.
A booth at all nine conferences is available for $2,000, which includes a table, chairs, meals, and recognition in ACA publications and conference promotions. Individual conference attendance is available at $225 per conference.
Set-up will begin by 4:30 PM at each location, except for Area 7, which begins at 4:00 PM. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the program begins at 6:00 PM.
