Who We Are
Legislation. Education. Advocacy. Development.
The Arkansas Cattlemen's Association was established in 1959, with a foundational mission to serve and advocate for the cattle producers of Arkansas. At a time when agriculture was undergoing significant changes, the creation of the ACA marked a pivotal moment for the state's cattle industry.

Our Story
The association was formed to provide one voice for cattlemen, ensuring that their economic, educational, political and social interests were represented and advanced.
The efforts in legislation, education, advocacy and development have significantly contributed to the growth and sustainability of the Arkansas beef industry. As the ACA moves forward, the goal continues to adapt to new challenges and opportunities, ensuring a strong future for Arkansas cattle producers.
65 Years of Branded Excellence
Since 1959, the Arkansas Cattlemen's Association has served as the unified voice for the state's cattle producers. Founded by 12 dedicated ranchers, the ACA was built on principles of advocacy, education, and community. From fighting cattle thefts in its early days to shaping key legislation, promoting herd health, and investing in the next generation, the ACA has continuously worked to protect and advance Arkansas's beef industry. With deep grassroots support and a focus on innovation and leadership, the ACA remains committed to a strong, sustainable future for cattle producers across the state.
Join us in celebration of 65 years of excellence! As we mark this milestone, be part of our legacy with the 65 Years of Branded Excellence campaign!
Whether you're a longtime member or new to the industry, there's never been a better time to get involved. Celebrate with us by attending upcoming events or supporting ACA initiatives that will continue driving our mission forward for generations to come.
